The school was so professional and the teachers/staff very kind. I wish I could’ve finished my course, but the wind conditions weren’t good enough. They were very helpful with coming up with other solutions.

I was really excited to finally get my kitesurf license, Rip curl school was easy to located and after some search i found that's its one of the top schools in bali so i went ahead and visited the branch. I checked the website and there were available slots so i went directly to the center but the receptionist told me that it was fully booked to my surprise however I was able to finish level one as one of the instructors finished early and had some time. there was some miscommunication and the girls at the front desk don't seem to understand much and they failed to explain how the license is earned as they only told me i need to attend three classes and I will have the license. I had to ask a million questions to get simple pieces of information. I think they could explain a lot better to newcomers what they are getting into and the whole process as the service was not the best. the instructor was good he was patients but he could have explained the techniques better as it took me a lot ot tries to make certain moves because he couldn't explain the techniques required properly and after multiple tries when he explains again i realize what he actually meant. overall the service was really poor at the center but other than that everything was fine.
