Peter Prestley

Peter is an amazing kite instructor! He explains everything clearly, encourages you at every step, and makes learning truly fun. Thanks to his patience and positive energy. I’m really grateful to have started kiting with such a supportive and skilled teacher.

Peter is a terrific and patient teacher. I arrived to Saipan with basic understanding of how to fly the kite but could not really gett up on the board. By the end of two days (5 hours) I learned to stand up, ride for a while, go up wind a bit on the right side, and basically have much more confidence. He was great at figuring out what I was doing wrong and could improve. Saipan is a beautiful island, and where Peter teaches there is a natural lagoon so the water is relatively flat (even though you are in the ocean). The wind was constant and strong (18-25) so that made learning easier. He also has fabulous new equipment and many different sizes of kites so that you can try different ones depending on the speed of the wind. I learned more from him in two days than with other teachers in a week.

Peter was extremely flexible with lesson days based upon our schedules and the wind. At the lesson he taught me safety information that made me feel comfortable in the water, he was a good combination of guidance and trial and error. Thanks to his expertise I was doing short rides in only two days (4hrs) of lessons.

Base on my first lesson experienced? WOW! 👏👏👏 i'd made it! Credit to my instructor PETER PRESTLEY... He is a good teacher he always make sure for your safety and that was important! I love watching him doing some tricks, while watching him, I'm dreaming about to be like him soon not someday guys but soooooon! 😌😌😌 and oh my gracious! Ang GWAPO niya! 😍😵😵... My enthusiasm and eagerness to learn kiteboarding makes me wake up so early and check winds, that's what my instructor did everyday! And I admitted, I got used to it 😅😅😅 it is fun checking wind with both 🙌 up turning side to side...try do it with your dance move 😁😁🤘🤘🤘 Anyhow, this is just my first review on my first lesson experienced. Favorite part, CHECKING WIND haha 😅😅

Peter is a great teacher, and focused on safety and rapid skill acquisition. Despite sub-par winds, we were body dragging by the first lesson, doing water starts by the second, and up and riding by the third day. Great course, patient teacher, highly recommended.

Guys at kiteboarding Saipan are super professional. Pushing me forward as much as I can take, but always looking for safety. I'm big dude, over 200pounds, 100kg to be exact. School still have all equipment I need and it's well maintained. For sure coming back for more and highly recommend this crew....
