Kitesurfing in Vietnam
Vietnam is one of the most popular kiteboarding destinations in Southeast Asia. it is now regarded as the kiteboarding capital of Asia. Their beautiful beaches and scenery make it a literal paradise. Many schools are emerging and it is important that you do your research and choose a kite school that is safe and professional; an IKO Center would be ideal. For those that want to try other water sports, most schools offer windsurfing and stand up paddle boarding lessons. We do recommend while there to book a kite trip to another spot to discover more of Vietnam.
The country is known for having beautiful sights, Nui Chua national park, Buddha Mountain and sand dunes of Mũi Né just to name a few. Their food is deliciously exotic and very reasonably priced. There are accommodations suitable for any kind of budget, whether it be low budget or a more exclusive vacation. All these features and more make Vietnam an ideal destination to book a kite trip to.

Best Season
The best months to go kitesurfing in Vietnam are from December through March. For beginners the summer months are also ideal since the winds are not as vigorous. Occasionally from September to December the waves can be extremely high, so it is not advisable for beginners to head out in those conditions. Don't worry though; there are always spots and conditions for any level kiter to go out into the water and enjoy.
