Cascade Kiteboarding is based in Hood River, Oregon, right in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge! We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team for the 2027 season, and have both full and part time instructor positions available. Our season runs from May - September, and most instructors teach 2 lessons a day, while still having plenty of time to have fun on the water. 

To Work at Cascade you must: 

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States or be able to obtain a visa independently.
• Have patience and strong listening skills
• Be motivated to help others progress safely and confidently while having fun
• Leave your ego at the door
• Hold an IKO Level 1 or Level 2 certification (for kite instruction)
• Hold an active CPR/First Aid certification
• Be open to learning and teaching the Cascade way
• Boat or PWC teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
