Requirements to affiliate my Center

Please create a school account and complete your center's profile as much as possible. An expert from the school team will contact you about how to proceed.

Other requirements are:

All your instructors need to be IKO certified with active IKO membership.
General liability insurance for your school (depending on where your school is based we can offer you IKO insurance).

What to do when a school has 2 schools in different locations?

If schools are not open at the same time, they can affiliate both schools in 1 affiliation.  Location risk assessment is needed for both locations. Schools need to inform us which instructors are working in each school.If schools are open at the same time, they need to affiliate both schools and pay 2 affiliation fees with a discount of 20%, they also need to find 2 center managers and 2 Head Instructors.Centers located in different countries, no matter if they are opened at the same time have to complete 2 affiliations and will have to pay 2 affiliation fees with a discount of 20%.

What to do when a school has more than one teaching location?

The school needs to send the location risk assessment for all locations. All locations have to be within the same country. Usually these centers changed the spot based on the wind conditions. 

Why am I denied access to some areas on the IKO Website?

Some web pages and information are specifically accessible to some members or schools after login.

Can I re-affiliate my school if it has been revoked or suspended?

There are many reasons IKO Center Affiliation can be suspended or revoked. In severe cases,  centers may not be allowed to re-affiliate.  If you want us to review your case, please contact us by posting a message using the topic "School".
 

Can I change the email address associated with my account?

Yes. You can change your email by following these 4 easy steps.

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to the tab called “Profile.”
3. Click “Edit” to change your email address.
4. Save
