Policies and Shipping Rates
Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. IKO is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses.
All orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are paid by the buyer. The value of payment received cannot be altered to decrease international custom fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the buyer at the time of pick up. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our control and beyond the original delivery estimates. All orders shipped using Priority Mail or Express Shipping outside of the United States will be provided a tracking number. Refer to UPS tracking platform.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are shipped when payment is received and approved by our accounting department. This process generally takes between 2-4 business days.
Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Priority Mail: 6-10 business days for deliveries worldwide.
- Express Mail: 3-5 business days for deliveries worldwide.
- DHL : Packages can be sent by courier. Please email us giving all details of your order (quantity, details of items, name, phone number, shipping address, latest possible delivery date) and the IKO will quote the shipping cost.
Delays can occur due to certain countries custom regulations. If you do not receive your order after the maximum time specified, please email us . The IKO is not responsible for any delay in delivery once the order has left the IKO warehouse.
Damages, unclaimed and lost items
If your box is damaged on arrival, please open it in front of a postal or delivery representative to verify that all items are present according to the invoice attached. If something is missing or damaged, a declaration signed by both parties should be submited to the IKO by email including a picture of the damaged product . We will then follow up on the claim with the postal or delivery company. If the declaration is not verified by both parties, IKO will not follow-up on the claim.
IKO is not responsible if the package was returned because the customer did not pick it up at the post office. IKO will resend the order provided the customer repays the shipping fee.
Status of limitation: I understand that the time period within which I can complain about an order placed with IKO is 3 months. Past this time, complaints are not handled by the IKO Head Office.
Returns and refund policy
IKO will not provide refund on any online services such as membership, eCourse, eBook.
IKO will allow returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of a shipment.
To get a full refund:
Items must be in new condition.
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Clothing items must be unworn.
