Preá Kite Club

Did 8 hours of semi-private lesson starting from scratch. I learned everything from the basics, safety maneuvers, body dragging to actually being able to kite surf in the last hour. The staff is highly experienced and also very nice and eager to help. Highly recommend.

René was extremely professional while also being friendly, funny, and easy to get along with. He took great care of me throughout the course, quickly identified the areas I needed to improve, and gave me clear and helpful feedback that really made a difference. He showed me the correct way to handle the kite and always put safety first, which made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout the lessons. Another big plus was that René speaks so many languages — we were able to do the entire course in German, which made communication even easier. I learned a lot during the course and really appreciated René’s patience, knowledge, and positive attitude. I would definitely recommend taking a course with him!

Great advanced sessions with Itamar working on different kiteloops. Really good instructor, clear with his explanations and helped perform some highly technical moves safely. By the end of the sessions we had completed all the tricks. Highly recommend Itamar.

An amazing experience at the school in Prea, first time kite surfing in such strong and steady wind but with the amazing coaching from my instructor Itamar i have been able to really enjoy and take some good level. The spot from the school itself is very nice with a pool and places to chill when not in a session. Everything was smooth even for the transfer from Jeri. Thanks again to Itamar for the numerous coaching and advices !

I did three days of lessons in August 2026. The school is located right in front of the kite spot and they can organize pick ups from Jeri for you. The owner is nice and organized and my teacher Itamar was great. Definitely 100% recommend.

Toda la experiencia de aprendizaje con rene fue de primer nivel, ayuda mucho que hable muchos idiomas fluidos. Mucha paciencia, buena onda y lo mas importante, muy buena pedagogía. Prea kite club tiene excelentes instalaciones y muy buena predisposición para que aprendas. Paulo fue de GRAN ayuda tambien al igual que matheu.

I had my first Kite lessons in Prea with Kite School Preá and Frey as my teacher. The school was perfect organised and really friendly. The lessons with Frey were really nice. I learnt a lot from him and had a lot uf fun. Can highly recommend him!!!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Ignazio is an amazing kitesurf instructor—super patient, knowledgeable, and great at breaking things down step-by-step. This was my first time kitesurfing and after only 4 days I was already riding upwind. I couldn’t recommend him more if you want to learn fast and have an awesome time doing it.

Instrutor muito bem capacitado, atento a todos detalhes, principalmente à questão da segurança. Ótima didática, claro e objetivo nas explicações. Progressão bem planejada, sendo as aulas essencialmente práticas. Ótimo instrutor. Gostei muito.

I felt safe and really well taken care of with Frey from the very first moment. His calm way of teaching helps a lot, especially in some situations when he simply reminds you to breathe. :) He goes into great detail, which really helped me understand what I was doing, and he lets you practice on your own at the water before coming back with clear tips and improvements. He encourages you to make your own decisions and build confidence, while always staying attentive and ready to help, it’s the perfect balance between pushing you and keeping you calm. Frey is also a very honest person, and I really appreciated that, along with his humor and his way of being during the lessons. I had much fun learning with him and already miss the kite sessions. I can honestly recommend him as a kite teacher to anyone, and I hope that in the future, when I’m a more advanced independent Kite Girl, I’ll get the chance to take another lesson with him hehe.
