Huge shoutout to Vanessa! I came into my first lesson honestly kinda scared, like properly nervous about the whole thing, and wasn't sure I'd ever feel comfortable with the kite. But she was so patient and chill through it all, never made me feel rushed or silly for being nervous. She explained everything step by step in a way that just made sense, and little by little I started to relax and actually enjoy it. By the end of my second lesson I felt way more confident than I ever expected to. If you're on the fence about trying kitesurfing (or scared like I was), just go for it and ask for Vanessa, she's amazing at what she does and genuinely cares about her students

This was one of the best kite school experiences I have had over the years! As I only have the chance to kite in the summer, I have taken some years to get to the 3k level, due to lack of practice. The upside is that I tried different schools from Belgium to Brasil. Thalasea Kite in Naxos was probably the overall best. Great value for money, with manager Pascal being very helpful and always trying to find a solution and a spot for a student. Teacher Vanessa was patient and encouraging during our time, giving me just enough corrections without overwhelming me with input.

Excellent school of kite surf! Can’t wait to be back!
