Diego Gorrieri

We had our first wing-foil session with Diego. He was patient and could explain very well what needs to be done. So after 3 hours (dou-lesson) we made progress and 2 days later took another 3 hour lesson. Now we know what to do and start training in The Netherlands. We probably will be back in El Medano next year to see Diego again ;-)

Diego was an excellent kitesurf instructor. He explained everything clearly, was incredibly patient. It was a pleasure to learn from him, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn or improve their kitesurfing skills.

Das Camp war ordentlich aufgeräumt, wird jeden tag gereinigt und gesaugt☺️. Die Empfangsdame war freundlich, aufmerksam und konnte super auskunft geben. Diego war der absolute Oberhammer. lest bitte die anderen Bewertungen😍💥 er schweift nicht ab, bleibt voll bei der Sache. Er sieht genau was du kannst und geht mit dir voll ans limmit, sodass du in kurzer Zeit riesen vortschritte machst. Es war eine mega tolle Erfahrung ich werde je nach möglichkeit mein kompletter kite kurs bei Diego abschliessen. Vielen lieben Dank!

It was my first time trying out any watersport and having Diego as an instructor was awesome! He explained everything in a very straightforward way that made things click. He was extremely supportive, pointed out the exact mistakes I was making and what I should do to fix them and was also very fun and nice to be around. I felt like I was progressing a lot after every lesson and he made me really enjoy the sport to the extend that I will continue with it in the future. He is an awesome instructor and I would highly recommend him!

Dopo anni di lotta per migliorare il mio livello base, causa soprattutto il poco tempo disponibile, finalmente ho trovato il posto giusto (El Medano e la scuola PKS/KiteHub) e l'istruttore giusto (Diego). In due lezioni a distanza di qualche mese una dall'altra sono passato dal dire "come cavolo le affronto queste onde, io che sono abituato al lago??" al cercare l'onda e il tempismo ideale per usarle come rampa. Finalmente si salta come si deve! Super anche le ragazze alla reception, grazie!

Diego è un ottimo istruttore, con una grandissima passione per il mare e gli sport acquatici. È molto gentile, paziente e dotato di grandi capacità comunicative, qualità che mi hanno permesso di correggere alcuni difetti, fare importanti progressi nell'apprendimento del wing foil, e di riuscire a fare i miei primi "voli".

Diego é un istruttore eccezionale. Professionale, paziente, instancabile, capace di trasmettere la passione e la tecnica. Non si arrende finché non ce la fai. Sempre con il sorriso incoraggiante, positivo e onesto.

Ho fatto una settimana di master di Wing Foil a Dakhla. Il caso ha voluto che avessi come istruttore Diego Gorrieri. Le lezioni sono state fondamentali per poter migliorare e lui è stato un istruttore eccezionale. Non è stato solo molto paziente nel seguirci nelle sfide quotidiane, ma con passione e preparazione ha saputo capire le diverse difficoltà dando le giuste dritte e indicazioni per superarle. Avere lui come istruttore mi ha permesso di migliorare nel wing grazie al suo talento e alla sua determinazione nel trasmettere le nozioni di questo sport fantastico.

I took my first kiteboarding lessons with Diego and completed a 10-hour course with him. It was absolutely awesome. From the very beginning he explained everything clearly and made the whole experience feel safe and comfortable—I didn’t feel scared at any point. Diego has great energy, is very motivating, and creates a really positive learning environment. I truly loved the classes with him and felt like I learned a lot. I definitely recommend him as an instructor and will be coming back for more lessons!

It was my first trying a wind powered sport and it didn’t feel like it. Diego made it so easy, and he really made me understand when i didn’t. So it was a great experience overall and I will continue to wing foil !
