 Vincent a été extrêmement pédaguogue avec l'ensemble des stagiaires. Il nous a aussi beaucoup laissé la parole afin de confronter nos vues. Il restait également ouvert aux remarques que l'on pouvait faire sur tel ou tel sujet. Il a maintenanu une très bonne cohésion du groupe. Je retournerais sans hesiter le voir pour la formation de moniteur.
