Israel and Letizia are amazing
Israel and Letizia taught me in ways I understood clearly when it became immediately clear to me that with my style of learning that an adjustment was needed.
I understood the mechanics of things and why things were working and weren't working with their patience and clear explanations.
When I was struggling they took the time to help me understand what was happening and to get me over the immediate troubles so that I could get up and moving.
To top it off they are genuinely kind and nice people and a pleasure to be around.

Kite MexIKO, an awesome school
The Owners/Staff at Kite MexIko were awesome and very professional. There instructors are very knowledgeable and really easy to work with. Their clear direction is a big aid in learning safely. They gauged my skills quickly and modified lesson so I would get the most out of them. Kite MexIko replied promptly to emails when booking and very accommodating to my schedule. Bucerias, Mexico is a cool little city and Kite Mexiko has a cool base for their operation here. I will be recommending this school in the future and look forward to Kiting with them again!

Fun times with Letizia, Israel & Adam
Great group of people. Communication was excellent. I only had a short time to do my lessons they tried their best to find the wind for me. Made me and my friends feel welcome. Best moment, sitting in the fishing boat after my lesson drinking a beer and watching two humpback whales about 10 meters away. Can’t wait to continue my lessons.

Lovely, friendly, and effective teacher

I am a kitesurfer now!
I didn't think I'd be able to say it after a set of lessons with Israel and Leticia, but they did it. I did three 2-hour lessons over 3 days and by day three I was straight up kite surfing. They were an excellent team, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly experienced educators. I've done martial arts my entire life, so having a good instructor means everything. And teaching isn't something you can just do because you know the sport. Teaching is an art as much as kitesurfing itself is; Israel and Leticia are masters of both. Israel was very attentive, identifying what I was struggling with and providing strategies to improve my form and technique until it clicked. Step by step, their system is designed in a way that insures you learn the small details that make all the difference in this sport. With a heavy emphasis on safety, I felt comfortable at all times, which is essential when challenging yourself in this intimidating sport. My girl got a lot less time with them because by the time my training was done the wind would be dying off, but they even succeeded in getting her up on the board once. She couldn't believe it and was so excited. We're both hooked now. It was a great experience and we owe it to Israel and Leticia. I'd highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

Thank You Kite Mexico!
Israel and Letizia are a great combo! They gave me very clear technical information and assisted me with the steps needed to fly the kite and ride the kiteboard. They have new Cabrinha and RRD kites and boards. I felt safe using the equipment and having these two instructors with me while practicing. Bucerias is an intermediate level location because of the waves and strong current at the beach on certain days. There were several things I liked about the course but taking the jet ski out to the middle of the bay and kiting back to the beach downwind was my favorite adventure. This helped me with practicing getting up on the board and getting into riding position. I would recommend Israel and Letizia at Kite Mexico in Bucerias to anyone interested in learning how to kiteboard.

The guys at kite mexico are super nice and great instructors which take theis time to teach. Bucerias is a small village, original and affordable with super nice restaurants, the wind is very constant and reliable and perfect for learning!

Fantastic Experience with Kite MeXiKO
I have always been fascinated with kite boarding and decided to book lessons for my husband and I for our wedding anniversary get-away weekend in Puerto Vallarta.
I am respectfully fearful of the ocean and it's power so I was nervous about learning a new skill and being in the ocean but decided this would be a great opportunity to get out of my comfort zone. I googled kite surfing around Puerto Vallarta and quickly found that Bucerias was the best place for it. I then googled kite boarding schools and was referred to Kite MeXiKO. Leticia got back to me quickly and gave me all the options and details and it was super easy to book with her and she even gave some great restaurant recommendations. Her communications were always timely and explanatory.
All the equipment and gear was provided for the 2 days of lessons and I was really grateful that we went through everything from the layout of the kite, understanding of the wind and how to manage difficult situations should they arise. Israel is VERY experienced and safety conscious and even with my fear towards waves and currents I felt very comfortable and safe. My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed the experience and believe we got fantastic foundation training to begin our kite boarding journey

Best Kiting instructors
I have taken kiting lessons in other countries and learned NOTHING. I feel I learned so much from Letizia and Israel. Israel is patient and continued to work with me until it clicked. I feel he didn't try and rush me nor did he get frustrated with me. Safety was his primary concern and proper technique.I cant wait to follow him to his next location and take more lessons. Letizia was excellent at coordinating the lessons. The communication was easy right from day 1 and we were never left wondering what was going on. Both Israel and Letizia are amazing people and I truly had the best experience with them.

best teachers
Hi there, I had two great teachers who explained everything and made things easy to understand. They were also approachable and didn't mind going over things until we understood. They also used props to make it more visual. Asked us a lot of questions to get us thinking for ourselves and suggested we do the same so the student learns more. They also gave us the confidence to teach ourselves. Overall I feel I can be the best assistant possible after that course.

Steve's mexico kite experience
My first experience with kite boarding was very positive and a ton of fun, it would have been even better with better winds, however I was taught the safety protocol and it's importance, and the basics of the sport and feel I am now ready to practice to perfect these skills. Review of instructor Israel Casasola Villagomez at KiteMexIKO
Mr. Israel Casasola Villagomez was my instructor and owner of the KiteMexIKO school in Bucerias, Mexico for the IKO Assistant Instructor course, as well as teaching me many new technical tricks and jumps that were separate from the course.
During the course, and afterwards, I found Israel's level of instruction to be of a very high caliber, and his attention to safety procedures and every little detail of the kite-boarding instruction process was excellent. He was one of only three IKO instructors in all of Mexico.
Although Israel's English is not perfect, he was completely able to communicate all the important elements of the course, and his teaching method was very good. He always carefully demonstrated body, bar, kite, and board positions, made clear diagrams in the sand and on paper, and had a kite-bar 'simulator' setup at his school to have me and other students practice the correct bar position and movements for different jumps, tricks, and other procedures.
I also felt that Israel had the perfect combination of patience, good humour, and professionalism required of a good instructor, because he never made me (or anyone that I saw him teach) feel like they were 'stupid' and no matter how many times I needed to repeat something that I wasn't getting right, he would patiently explain the correct process and positions in step-by-step detail without showing any sign of frustration or impatience. I think this is a critical factor in making students feel comfortable and relaxed and not being intimidated by the 'theory'.
Finally, I must say that I found Israel to be a thoughtful, helpful, kind, and very friendly person who went out of his way to make sure myself and everyone around him was given the proper attention they required in the teaching process, and to always make sure everyone was kiting safely. He even made several small repairs and fine-tuned my kite for me at no cost! He's a true gentleman, and I believe his instruction method, character, and

Great Instruction from Israel
I had a great time with Israel. He was very good at coaching and re-enforcing on land and in the water the skills needed to get up and going kiting. Israel and his assistant Letizia were very friendly and supportive.

Kite Mexiko in Puerto Vallarta
Amazing place to learn how to kiteboard or hone your skills. The staff is very friendly and have connections to stay only a few blocks away at an amazing small little hotel owed by a fellow kiteboarder! Well worth a trip to Mexico to check it out!!

Learning Assistant Instructor Course
The instructor was very professional in teaching both technical skills and first aid techniques.
His training in pedagogy shows in the way he is able to transmit not only kitesurfing notions, but also teaching skills. Very satisfactory experience.

Instructor teaching method

He repeats every concept many times until I understood the drills.
