Massimiliano Piona

There are good instructors, there are great instructors, and then there are people like Massimiliano Piona, who take teaching and leadership to an entirely different level. I completed my Kiteboarder Level 2G training while Massimiliano was simultaneously training aspiring kiteboarding instructors. And what I witnessed was nothing short of exceptional. What impressed me most was his extraordinary attention to detail. Nothing escaped his eye. Even the smallest mistakes were noticed, addressed, and corrected - not to criticize, but to make sure his future instructors would never pass those mistakes on to their own students. And here's what made it truly special: He didn't just supervise. He was everywhere. He would constantly step in, demonstrate, correct, encourage, and personally help whenever needed. Even while managing an entire group of instructor candidates, he never lost sight of me as an individual student. I felt seen, supported, and, most importantly, completely safe. But perhaps his greatest achievement was something you cannot teach from a manual: the atmosphere he created. There was genuine camaraderie, mutual respect, encouragement, laughter, and an incredible sense of teamwork. He managed to set exceptionally high standards while making everyone feel comfortable, motivated, and excited to learn. That is a rare combination. As a student, I didn't just receive excellent kiteboarding instruction. I had the privilege of witnessing someone develop the next generation of instructors with remarkable dedication, precision, and humanity. Massimiliano doesn't just teach people how to become better instructors. He shows them what exceptional instruction looks and feels like. If I were responsible for developing instructors or choosing the people who represent the highest standards of a kiteboarding organization, Massimiliano would be exactly the kind of person I'd want leading the way. Massimiliano una persona piacevole al di là dell'ambito lavorativo e eccellente in quello professionale, pronto e preparato per ogni tipo di dubbio o domanda, con un esperienza che consente di trasformare una lezione pratica o teorica in un apprendimento lineare e senza mai un filo di confusione o tralascio di punti da recuperare per l' efficacia del concetto.

Tutto perfetto, bellissima esperienza, ho trascorso delle ore in sicurezza e con buon umore con personale preparato dal punto di vista sia professionale che umano! Se vuoi imparare ad andare con il kitesurf ve la consiglio! ;-)

Ho partecipato al corso istruttore dal 21 al 25 con l’unica aspettativa di progredire e di imparare qualcosa di nuovo che mi permettesse di portare avanti una mia passione. Ringrazio il mio examiner che si è dimostrato professionale quando faceva lezione e un punto di riferimento quando eravamo fuori le ore di lezione. Esperienza eccellente.
