Really enjoyed my instruction with Mark and Steve. They provided an incredibly calm and supportive atmosphere. As i progressed through the lessons they also started to tweak the equipment and content of the lesson to suit my needs. It was clear they had thought carefully about the instruction in-between the lessons which felt brilliant. The after care has also been second to none, with them advising me on gear to buy and supporting me in my independent kitesurfing journey.

Mark and Steve at Lancing kitesurf school were amazing - really friendly and knowledgeable and enthusiastic. My sister and I had 4 days of lessons and learnt so much and always felt safe and supported. I highly recommend.

Mark and Steve were excellent instructors, making us feel safe and comfortable and helping us get the most out of the time available. We were complete beginners and felt like we made good progress at a steady pace, with Mark and Steve ensuring that we were secure in each aspect before moving on. There was plenty of consolidation practice and we were allowed to do things with increasing independence, helping us see how we'd eventually kite independently with a buddy. The location at Lancing Beach was ideal and there was plenty of parking. I'd definitely recommend Lancing Kite School to others.

Mark is very experienced and offers well rounded input that's very helpful. He establishes ones level of experience and is prepared to be flexible and agile in the lesson he offers so it suits the customer's specific needs

I have thoroughly enjoyed all of my kitesurfing lessons with Mark who is a fantastic instructor. Mark is very positive and patient and all of my sessions have been incredibly enjoyable and informative. I really appreciate how Mark ensures the wind conditions are perfect before any session. Mark was a great teacher for me. He gives straight forward feedback for me to improve on and has good patience. No rush with times to finish the session. He knows what hes doing, how to do it, and where to do it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mark was great right from the get go. Checked out my personal gear and gave some useful advice which was reallly appreciated. He filled me with confidence and using the comms helmet was able to instruct me whist out in the water. I achieved everything I set out to in our 121 lesson and gained a whole lot more. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Mark is an amazing teacher of kite surfing. Under his teaching I became a safe, confident beginner. He accompanied me throughout the journey from learning to kite, to board start, teaching me all the required skills around setting up my own equipment and being safe whilst confident. Couldn’t recommend more!

Having done a number of lesson with different people in different places over the last 10 years I have experienced the good the bad and ugly, I was looking for a refresher and confidence building, Mark was great explained and taught in a clear logical manner and made things easy to understand. Highly recommended I will be going back for more lesson ASAP.

Mark is a phenomenal instructor! Supportive and really encouraging, I cannot recommend enough. Started as a complete beginner, had never surfed or flown a kite before and mark has been showing me the way. I love his teaching style and he has introduced me to some amazing people along the way! Roll on March so we can get back in the water!
