Найвыдатнейшы курс для асобаў пачынаючых сваю прафесійную дзейнасць у кайтсэрфінгу. Матэуш Яцына - дасьведчаны райдэр і цудоўны выкладчык, з шматгадовым досьведам выкладання курсаў для будучых асістэнтаў інструктара. Шмат увагі было ўдзелена правілам бяспекі як пры плаванню самастойна, так і падчас працы з курсантамі. Да дробязяў былі разабраныя методыкі навучання паводле стандартаў ІКО. Асбліва мне спадабаліся лекцыі Матэуша па абслугоўванні і рамонце экіпіроўкі. Адкрыў для сябе шмат карыснай практычнай інфармацыі ў гэтай тэме. Былі разабраныя таксама падставы метэаралогіі, акеанаграфіі і аэрадынамікі кіравання кайтам. Лічу што дадзены курс быў бы карысны не толькі для будучых асістэнтаў, але і таксама ўсім іншым райдэрам, бо кожны з нас, так ці інакш, часам сутыкаецца з недахопам ведаў падчас уласных трэніровак. На маю думку гэты курс - акурат тое што вам трэба. Падчас заняткаў была прыязная добрая атмасфера, кожны меў магчымасьць задаваць пытанні і атрымліваў на іх адказы і неабходныя парады. Слухачы курсаў працавалі як адна каманда, падтрымлівая адін аднога. Па атрыманню тэарэтычных ведаў была магчымасьць праверыць іх на практыцы і дастасаваць іх для штодзенных патрэб. Уражанні ад курса толькі пазітыўныя. Усім раю, наведаць гэтыя курсы хацяб проста для сябе. Не пашкадуеце.

Выдатны курс не толькі для будучых інструктараў, але і для атрымання ведаў і досьведу цалкам. Мацек Вадалоўскі - дасьведчаны райдэр і цудоўны выкладчык, які ўжо шмат гадоў рыхтуе будучых інструктараў, якія потым знаходзяць у цэлым сьвеце. Падчас курсаў ўдзялялася шмат увагі навыкам навучання асоб з розных узроўняў, і асабліва правілам бяспекі. Былі разабраныя тыповыя памылкі райдэраў і шляхі іх выпраўлення, павышэнне матывацыі курсантаў і арганізацыя працы на споце. Былі арганізаваныя шматразовыя практычныя лекцыі па стандартах IKO на вадзе з рэальнымі асобамі і сабраныя іх фідбэкі. Як вынік - па заканчэнню курсаў, кожны с будучых інструктараў меў рэальны практычны досьвед навучання, які можна застасоўваць як для паляпшэння ўласных навыкаў, так і ў дачыненні да іншых асоб. Падчас лекцый на курсе была добрая прыязная атмасфера, кожны мог задаваць цікавячыя яго пытанні і спрабаваць атрыманыя веды на практыцы. Лічу што даны курс варта прайсці не толькі будучым інструктарам, але і звычайным асобам якія хочуць палепшыць свае тэарэтычныя і практычныя веды каб мець пэўнасьць у тым што робіш і паскорыць свой прагрэс.

Konrad is a fantastic IKO instructor. He is patient, professional, and always puts safety first. His explanations were clear, and he adapted each lesson to my level, which helped me progress quickly and build confidence on the water. Every session was well organized, enjoyable, and motivating. I highly recommend Konrad to anyone who wants to learn kitesurfing or improve their skills. Thank you for an amazing experience!

I had an amazing experience learning with my instructor. She was patient, professional, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and safe on the water. Every lesson was well organized, and I could see my progress after each session. I learned so much thanks to her teaching style and positive attitude. She always motivated me and gave helpful feedback. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn kitesurfing. Thank you for making this experience so enjoyable!

Course was really good, amazing lessons about communication with students, maybe little too much homework (which some of them were not really relevant), maybe a little too less outdoor practice with teaching tips&tricks. General improvement on my kiteboarding understanding and safety is satisfying. Maciej was keeping really good balance between being our teacher and a colleague, the only thing he could improve was organization part (just to make sure his students really know when and where are they meeting and what are they doing) but on every other field he was really awesome!

The overall course was great, many things I have known already but some I have learned and most of them were important. I feel now prepared for teaching and answering difficult students questions :) Mateusz is a great teacher got many personal experiences (sometimes stories he was sharing were not 100% relevant for topic but it was very good to listen to them) there is a little space for improvement when it comes to explaining the scientific topics. We had pretty good time management and all exercises were clear. Had a good time and improved my kiteboard understanding with Mateusz!

This was my first experience with kitesurfing, and it certainly won't be my last. The knowledge I gained and the skills I developed exceeded my expectations. It's a wonderful place, with excellent conditions and a friendly atmosphere. Special thanks to my instructor, Raul – I highly recommend him! 😉

I have no reservations about the trainer/examiner — he demonstrated extensive knowledge and shared many valuable examples and insights from his own experience as an instructor. The organizer was also good overall, except for one issue: there were not enough participants provided to fully practice conducting lessons in real conditions.

Professional approach combined with impressive knowledge, and at the same time great motivation for further progress. Managed to complete my first jumps after just a few tips from Patryk. The whole training had a super relaxed and fun vibe, which made the experience even better.

Jan observes you skills very closely, identifies the exact causes of gaps in your skills and serves tips that are on-spot. This helped me achieve great progress and quickly identify what I am doing wrong.
