Kite (& Wing) Instructor & Shop Position

Kite Republic is looking for an experienced and motivated Kite Instructor to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

This is more than just an instruction role. We're seeking someone who is passionate about teaching, enjoys working within a leading Kite, Foil and SUP retail environment, and has the riding ability and enthusiasm to help run coaching clinics — particularly within the growing Big Air scene.

The Role

• Kiteboarding and Wing Foiling instruction
• Retail sales and customer support in our Kite, Foil and SUP store
• Assisting with events, community activities and demo days
• Opportunities to develop and run coaching clinics, especially Big Air progression clinics

What We're Looking For

• IKO qualified Kite Instructor (or equivalent)
• Strong riding ability and confidence in a range of conditions
• Wing Foiling experience highly regarded
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and a passion for helping others progress
• Working rights for Australia (Working Holiday Visa applicants welcome)
• Online Equivalency with Kiteboarding Australia for Insurance Purposes
