Pending: You have placed an order but it has not been proceseed yet. You can edit your shipping address if needeed. See how.
Processing: You can no longer edit your shipping address because we have started to process your order.
Completed: Your order has been shipped out. The delivery time depends on the country to where it is being shipped and the type of delivery option selected.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
When your order status shows as “completed,” you can then check the status of your delivery by using the tracking number provided by UPS.

How do I access the IKO Online Shop?
The member deals are only available to Plus and Premium memberships. You can access them by going to your account homepage and clicking on the “Deals” section, you will only be able to view the member deals that are available to you.
Where can I purchase copies of IKO publications?
IKO publications can be accessed and purchased either on our App or website. Please note that not all publications are accessible for everyone depending on their membership plan. It is not possible to purchase physical copies of our publications.Some eBooks are available for free in the eBooks section of the website.Please note that none of our eBooks are available to download in pdf format.
What Should I do if the item I'm looking for is not available at the IKO Shop?
