What does the status of my order mean?

Pending: You have placed an order but it has not been proceseed yet. You can edit your shipping address if needeed. See how.

Processing: You can no longer edit your shipping address because we have started to process your order.

Completed: Your order has been shipped out. The delivery time depends on the country to where it is being shipped and the type of delivery option selected. 

 
How do I track the delivery of my order?

When your order status shows as “completed,” you can then check the status of your delivery by using the tracking number provided by UPS.

How do I access the IKO Online Shop?

The member deals are only available to Plus and Premium memberships. You can access them by going to your account homepage and clicking on the “Deals” section, you will only be able to view the member deals that are available to you.

What is the shipping time for my order?
When you place an order from the IKO Online Shop, it will be shipped once the payment is received and approved by our accounting department. Payments completed by PayPal can be confirmed within 1-2 days. Payments by bank transfer are complete within 1 week to 10 days.
The package delivery time will depend on whether Priority or Express Mail option is selected.
Priority 7-10 working days/ Express 3-5 working days.
