Excellent teaching with a lot of emphasis on safety. Weather conditions were not optimal, but I learned a lot bevause of her clear instructions and positive attitude. She was very good in learning me in my personal learning style

My first kite experience was on Zanzibar where conditions were very easy to learn the basics. A few months later I took some lessons on Bonaire, where I was followed with a boat (off shore wind). With Lydia I learned how to safely kitesurf at a demanding spot (Ameland). It was narrow, choppy and rocky. She taught me how to cope with these conditions. I can truly say that I now feel more confident at spots like these. Main focus was safety and kite control. Lydia has a great deal of knowledge and is simply put a cool chick and fun to be with !

Het was een leuke uitdagende les. Er stond een flinke wind en op het vlakke water van de zandmotor konden we goed oefenen. Door goede aanwijzingen van de instructeur lukte het uiteindelijk om even een paar meter te kiten.

Leuke les gehad ondanks dat het behoorlijk druk was. Uiteindelijk moet je ook even voor je zelf ontdekken hoe je de theorie daadwerkelijk in de praktijk brengt en precies dat is wat we deze les hebben gedaan. Onze eerst les waarin we acht gingen varen wat uiteindelijk dus succesvol is gelukt. Wat mij betreft een les die ondanks andere calamiteiten fijn is gegeven, op de juiste momenten wat aanwijzingen gegeven waardoor je toch beetje bij beetje progressie maakt. Op naar de volgende!
