The nice and sandy beach of Mikri Vigla is situated in a bay close Leeward. The wind direction side-side on shore from the right (north) makes this bay a very safe place to start kitesurfing. The strenght of the wind in generated by the high pressure on the Mediterranean sea during the summer (May - October) and the local tradition gave this wind the name "Meltemi". The Meltemi start to blow early in morning and stops at sunset, but many times it doesn't stop even at night. All kiters which are not very experienced will end up downwind on the sandy beach and can walk back easily. Baywatch and safety services are guaranteed by our staff; rescue boat is available. The spot is suitable to good kiters as well as beginners. Our restaurant and bar is open from 9 am till late night to offer you a big variety of dishes cooked in harmony with the Mediterranean flavors and perfect for sporty people.

I waited 12 years to Kitesurf, and Pablo was the best person to make that dream of getting on that board come to true, we took it slow, steady and I felt so much trust for him, and from him too, like I could do it all with the right focus, pace and attention, I felt in a state of flow and I was so happy to find another new sport I love thanks to him!

Graziano was a great instructor, challenging me to improve, while remaining patient, friendly, and professional. The explanations were clear, and I always felt safe and well supported. Highly recommended for anyone looking to learn kitesurfing! The kite spot in Mikri Vigla was fantastic, with steady wind and almost no waves.

I had such an amazing experience! I started literally from zero, and thanks to such a patient, encouraging, and fun instructor, I got almost to an independent level by the end of my lessons. Every session was so much fun, I learned a lot, and I always felt safe and supported. And as a perfect ending, I even got the coolest ride ever-basically flying across the water like a backpack on his back 😁😁😁 Absolutely unforgettable and sooooo much fun! I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to kitesurfing. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to learn, improve, and have an incredible time while doing it!

Well,so happy to share this experience, the lesson I had with Graziano was the best choice. I recently took kitesurfing lessons with Graziano at Flisvos in Mikri Vigla and couldn't be happier. Safety was the top priority from day one: he explained kite setup, safety releases, and self-rescue techniques thoroughly before we even hit the water, and the equipment was always in great condition. What really stood out was how much progress I made in just a few days. Graziano is patient, attentive, and adapts the lesson pace to each student without ever cutting corners on safety. Mikri Vigla is a great spot to learn, with steady wind and a shallow lagoon perfect for beginners. Highly recommend Flisvos and Graziano to anyone wanting to learn kitesurfing safely and quickly!

Corso incredibile. Scuola molto attrezzata con personale gentile e competente. Graziano l’istruttore è stato bravissimo. I’m very happy with Nacho as my kite instructor. Even if you don’t notice it right away, he always keeps the overview and plans each lesson purposefully, never skipping an important step. When it matters, he gives clear instructions via the radio we’re connected through. I can highly recommend Nacho. He’s an absolute fanatic. Even small details matter to Nacho. I booked a total of 5 lessons with Graziano. This was one of the best decisions I've made so far! I arrived in Naxos barely able to do a shaky water start — I left with solid upwind riding, transitions on both sides, and even my first small jump. And all of that in just 5 lessons. Thank you so much, Graziano! Graziano is patient, kind, funny and very communicative. This helped me enormously in my learning process. He took a lot of time and addressed me and my level personally. He shared in my successes and motivated me to keep going, even after I had already swallowed half a litre of seawater 😄 He speaks fluent English and lives his life entirely for kitesurfing. I couldn't imagine a better teacher. Thank you a thousand times for everything!

I highly recommend taking lessons with Nacho! I've had quite a few kitesurfing lessons before, but his teaching really made a difference. Nacho is incredibly patient and has a great way of explaining the technique in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. His feedback helped me improve much faster and gave me a much better understanding of what I was doing. If you're looking for an instructor who is knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your progress, Nacho is the one to choose!
