Shipping Policies
Destinations: IKO will send purchased items to the address customers specify in the ‘Shipping Address’ field. Always double check that the address information is complete and accurate. The Online Shop ships products to nearly any destination worldwide, shipping to the address entered by the customer at the time of order. Due to the unreliable postal service in some countries IKO recommends that orders going to: Eastern Europe (Estonia, Lithuania, Russia), Northern Africa (Egypt, Morocco, Israel, Turkey) and South America (Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Brazil) should be sent by Priority Mail, which provides a tracking number for the package.
Processing Times: When you place your order for merchandise in the IKO Online Shop, they will not be sent until the payment is received and approved by our accounting department. Then the shipment order will be released to the warehouse. This process generally takes between 2 and 4 business days. The packages delivery time will then depend on whether you selected the Priority or First Class option, in which case you must refer to the shipping policies of USPS. Tracking: Only orders purchased with Priority Shipping outside of the United States will be provided a tracking number. Note: Tracking is not available for Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes or Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Boxes. Refer to www.usps.com for tracking and other mailing information. Orders sent via First Class Mail will not be given a tracking number, so for such orders the IKO cannot guarantee delivery time and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred once the order has left the premises.
Shipping & Handling Fees: Shipping costs vary depending on weight, destination and shipping method selected (Priority Mail or First Class). All orders will be charged a flat rate of $7.00 USD plus the cost of shipping calculated by USPS. All packages over 4lbs can only be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.
Delivery Times: Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows: First Class Mail: Shipping will depend highly on destination. Within the US/Canada should arrive in 5 business days. For other countries it can take up to 3 weeks for arrival.
Priority Mail: 3 to 10 business days for deliveries worldwide. You will receive the accurate shipping time when you complete the delivery portion of your order.
FedEx: Packages can be sent by courier if you require rush delivery. Please email contact@ikointl.com giving all details of your order (quantity and details of items, name, phone number, shipping address, latest possible delivery date) and IKO will quote The shipping cost.
Delays: Delays can occur due to certain countries custom regulations. If you do not receive your order after the maximum time specified, please inform contact@ikointl.com. The Online Shop is not responsible for any delay in delivery once the order has left the IKO Online Shop warehouse. Customer Responsibilities: The products ordered become the responsibility of the customer once they have been delivered. The customer is responsible for all additional costs incurred by customs including import tax/VAT and any other costs related to importing or receiving international post. Damages: If your box is damaged on arrival, please open it in front of a postal or delivery representative to verify that all items are present according to the invoice attached. If something is missing or damaged, a declaration signed by both parties should be lodged with IKO who will follow up the claim with the postal or delivery company. If the declaration is not verified by both parties, IKO will not be responsible for the follow-up of the claim. You should also photograph the damaged product and include it in your correspondence with contact@ikointl.com.
Undelivered and Returned Items: IKO is not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer, or if the package was returned because the customer failed to pick it up at the post office. IKO will resend items returned to our shipping company on the condition that the customer repays the shipping fee, and verifies the correct address.
Lost Items
First Class: After 2 months items that are not delivered or returned to the shipping company are considered lost and it is up to the customer to reorder the product. IKO is not responsible for lost or undelivered products shipped by First Class Mail.
Priority Mail: If you have not received your package, enter your tracking number at www.usps.com to locate your parcel. If you still can not locate your order please inform contact@ikointl.com and we will assist you in finding it.
Status of limitation: I understand that the time period within which I can complain about an order placed with IKO is 3 months. Past this time, complaints are not handled by the IKO Head Office. To file a complaint, go to www.ikointl.com
