Prerequisites to register as an ITC Organizer

• Be an IKO Examiner or an IKO Affiliated Head Instructor or School Manager (with primary access to the Center’s Pro account)

Or

To be an Independent Organizer

• Be at least 18 years old

Cost

For School Managers and Examiners, this service is free.
For Independent Organizers, the registration fee is 150 US.

Terms and conditions:

Your agreement with the IKO will be based on the Terms and conditions set out in the ITC/IEC procedures. It is important that you take the time to read them carefully.

Acceptance of the terms

In order to become an IKO ITC/IEC Organizer, you must first agree to the following Terms. To be eligible to accept these Terms, you must be of legal age to form a binding contract with the IKO.  You may not become an IKO ITC/IEC Organizer without accepting the Terms. 

Provision of the service by the IKO

IKO has Affiliated Centers around the world. As an ITC/IEC Organizer, you may work with these Centers. You acknowledge and agree that the Affiliated Centers are entitled to provide you with the service of organizing an IKO ITC/IEC as often as necessary or desired throughout the year.
Non IKO affiliated centers or schools may only provide you the service of organizing an IKO ITC/IEC one time before needing to seek IKO Affiliation.

IKO is continually making updates in order to provide the best possible service to its members. You acknowledge and agree that the services provided by the IKO may change from time to time without prior notice to you.

You acknowledge and agree that the IKO can stop (temporarily or permanently) providing you the service if you do not follow the ITC/IEC procedures.

Use of the Service by you

In order to access the IKO ITC/IEC Service provided by the IKO, you are required to provide some information about yourself as part of the registration process for the Service. You agree that the information you give IKO will be accurate and up to date.

You agree not to access or attempt to access the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by the IKO.

You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.

You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences of any such breach.

You password and account security

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services.
 Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to IKO for all activities that occur under your account.
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify IKO immediately at info@ikointl.com

Proprietary rights

You acknowledge and agree that IKO owns all legal right, title and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information which is designated confidential by IKO and that you shall not disclose such information without IKO’s prior written consent.
Unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with IKO, these Terms do not grant you the right to use any of IKO’s trade names, trade marks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
If you have been given an explicit right to use any of these brand features in a separate written agreement with IKO, then you agree that your use of such features shall be in compliance with that agreement, any applicable provisions of the Terms.

Ending your relationship with the IKO

The terms apply for one year.

If you want to terminate your agreement with the IKO, you may do so by notifying IKO at any time via email (info@ikointl.com). IKO will automatically close your account for the service.

IKO may terminate this agreement with you at any time if:
You have breached the Terms
The partner with whom you provide the service has terminated its agreement with the IKO and you have not found a suitable new partner
