Schools are revoked because they did not teach safely, did not respect quality standards and there were complaints by instructors and students. Therefore, they can not affiliate again. For suspended schools, it depends on the reason why they were suspended but the school receives a warning and if quality and safety standards are not respected, then it can be revoked.
